I checked the individial servers, and all the email - mapi fields were blank,
with the 'also user server farm default' box checked
Ive unchecked that for all the servers, and it now only emails the single
department name which I dont seem to have configured anywhere, and it doesnt
email the list of users I have configured in the resource manager - email tab
at all.
Any ideas, doesnt reflect what ive configured at all !

Have you checked both the resource manager alerts and the server alerts (right
click on the servers and choose properties. Select Resource Manager Alerts
Recipients)? I had this same thing happen where I would get two copies of every
alert email because I had alerts configured in both places.
Don't know if it's your issue, but hope it helps.

Ive changed this to MAPI, and its still doing the same thing !

We first configured Resource Manager email to send a single department name,
which was alerting as required. Shortly after that, we changed that to a list
of individuals.
Now resource manager sends the email alerts to the list of individuals, but
still sends it to the single department name as well, but that name is long
gone and nowhere to be found in the 'edit recipients' config
Were using SMTP config in Resource manager on PS4 R04
Anyone have any ideas ?
