Ive changed this to MAPI, and its still doing the same thing !

We first configured Resource Manager email to send a single department name,
which was alerting as required. Shortly after that, we changed that to a list
of individuals.
Now resource manager sends the email alerts to the list of individuals, but
still sends it to the single department name as well, but that name is long
gone and nowhere to be found in the 'edit recipients' config
Were using SMTP config in Resource manager on PS4 R04
Anyone have any ideas ?
