Hi James,

You do it through Web Interface, which is the mechanism that sets up and
creates the ICA connection. I think this may help, but there may be better docs
out there: http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX140219

Cheers,
Jeremy.

Subject: [THIN] Remap User shortcut Keys?

We have Core desktop (w2008) and a tier 2 application servers (w2003) (accessed
through pnagent)

The Tier 2 application uses a combination of CTRL + F2 to submit a transaction
(16 bit app - sigh)

We need both Core and Tier2 servers to ignore the hotkey combination so the
application can 'see it'

I have tried the citrix client GPO settings (adm in group policy)- and disabled
CTRL + F2 - bt that looks to be more of a conversion change - not stopping the
operating system from responding to CTRL + F2?

They used to do this on an old system, using appsrv.ini (apparently) - but im
unable to find or set this up again....

Any assistance or advice as usual is much appreciated!!! :)

Cheers and happy Friday
James
