Chapter 8 of the CSG 2.0 Administrator's Guide contains a section about 
Keepalives for CSG including the registry keys
that need to be set on the CSG server.

I'll add to this that I did set the Keep-alives at the Farm level.  Enabled
and using the default of 60 seconds right now.  I am finding some posts that
state I need to also enable keep-alives on the CSG box itself but I am not
seeing where to set that or what registry key needs added/changed.
