[THIN] RMS docs

I am looking for a good white paper or article that explains setting up and
using RMS for the first time. i've never used it but now that i have it on
all my servers i've been playing with it and looks useful. anyone know of
anything that would help? including explaining the different items that can
be monitored, etc.
