Ok it is RM then. The RM readme.admin guide that comes with it. Is a
good place to start. Just install it you and get the basics without
doing much of all.

I am looking for a good white paper or article that explains
setting up and using RMS for the first time. i've never used it but now
that i have it on all my servers i've been playing with it and looks
useful. anyone know of anything that would help? including explaining
the different items that can be monitored, etc.
