Are you sure it's on the MF CD?

Did a search and found nothing...

Hi Jerry,

Sorry, got this one after your other reply.

If it crashed the IMA service on any server, then it's starting to sound
like it could be a datastore issue. Do you have a copy of dsverify? Should
be on the MF CD.

Dsverify will do a consistency check on the datastore, and with a bit of
luck show up any error. It can also correct some DS errors, particularly
printer and server id related.

regards,

Rick

It does. Anywhere I run it from, it will crash the IMA service of the =
server I connect to.

Thanks!
J

Hi Jerry,

If you install the FR2 CMC on a non TS workstation, does it work or = crash
the IAM services?

All servers are W2K SP2 with FR2. Farm & servers(17 production servers) =
=3D been working for months without any issues and the problem only started
= =3D last week. I am able to re-start IMA and CMC but won't last very
long. = =3D If I don't open CMC IMA works fine.

No changes has been applied either ie. SP or Hotfix.

Thanks!

More info is needed. Is this a new installation or did this just start
happening. What version of XP NT4 or 2000? What SP Level and FR level? = JK

I've done a search on the archives and found nothing so I am posting = =3D3D
this question.

CMC keeps closing and comes up with an error "Connection to farm =3D3D
<farmname> has been lost".

It then stops IMA Service and logs event IDs 7031(The IMA service =3D3D
terminated unexpectedly. It has done this x time(s). The following =3D3D
corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action.) and 26(A =
=3D =3D3D Citrix IMA Service query returned error. Please contact your Sytem
= =3D3D Administrator. The service may not be running.).

I've recreated LHC but that didn't help either.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Rgds!
J
