How have you configured your Outlook.prf file? I had some issues with this
also.
You can configure these settings through the Custom Installation wizard or
using
a text editor.

Subject: [THIN] Publishing Outlook

I'm having a real issue publishing outlook 2000. When ever I Launch
outlook to try and configure a user, it does not launch the wizard, but
starts with "unable to open your default email folders. You do not have
permission". Looks like someone must have configured outlook, then copied
those setting to the default users profile.

I've looked every where, but cannot find where this setting is so I can move
it. Any ideas? This is driving me NUTS!

Environment:

Windows 2003/Presentation server 4.0
