We have a strange intermittent problem with users establishing an Outlook profile the first time. Some users are getting partway through the profile creation and get a popup window stating "The .DLL file for this service is either damaged or could not be found." Once a profile has been established it can be deleted and a new one created with out the error message. This does not happen to all users the first time into Outlook on Citrix. Has anyone seen this behavior before?
