[THIN] Printing error

I have a user tyring to print to a locally created printer and she keeps
getting this error:

Page: The operation did not complete successfully.
Do you wish to retry or cancel the job?

She can print to the printer locally with no problem. I had her delete and
recreate the printers on her local machine and still no luck.
Any one have any ideas?
