[THIN] Preventing external connections through web interface & netscaler access gateway

Hi list,
Is there a way to prevent external users from connecting to a published
app? I have a separate web interface for internal use that does not go
through the AG and I want a few applications to not be available to users
when on an external network. My environment has XenApp 6.5, netscaler
access gateway, and web interface 5.4.
