That appears to work, I was able to change my printer name, shorten it, but when I connect to the server again, it creates the short name, and also auto-creates the long name original again. I do no want 2 of each printer to show up. _____ From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Matthew Shrewsbury Sent: Tuesday, October 18, 2005 3:13 PM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: Powerbuilder Citrix Printing http://www.printingsupport.com/mambo/index.php?option=com_content <http://www.printingsupport.com/mambo/index.php?option=com_content&task=view &id=14&Itemid=36> &task=view&id=14&Itemid=36 Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Printer is currently, 010-IT02 on nt01003 (from 010-skoodayil) in session 1 on Ne06:, I need to look to shorten that, trouble is, they need the reference to the client name, as that is how their sql tables tells certain items to print to certain printers to certain trays.
