No I haven't. I did make sure that I have the latest firmware upgrade for the Thin Client devices. I hate to have the user run PS as a published app on the thin client as they also run 4 or 5 other apps at the same time as switch between them all the time. I might give this a try if I can't find anything else out. Is there some way to clear or reset the bitmap caching for this user? Wouldn't they get new cache each time they log on to Citrix? Have you tried running the published PS on the thin client instead of the desktop? When this slow down happens my non Citrix users, and other Citrix users of PeopleSoft don't have the problem. This seems to be isolated to just one or two users of PeopleSoft. Some times it's fast, other times it's slow. I can't find any one common denominator. Perfmon doesn't show any excessive amount of paging, or CPU utilizations. About the only thing in common that I can come up with is that the users that seems to have the most slow downs are running PeopleSoft from a published desktop via a Wyse 1200LE device, while the people that run PeopleSoft from NFuse 1.7 and a published app of PeopleSoft don't have the problem. Like I said before, this one is really being a royal pain in the ***! Thanks for you help! We have been looking at the PS DB server, but like the Citrix server it's not very busy either. This one is getting to be a real stinker!!! I am having a problem with PeopleSoft version 7.5. I have 4 Citrix MF XPe FR2/SP2 servers running Windows 2000 SP2. The problem that I am having with PeopleSoft is that after an hour or so of activity the screen refreshes start to take a lot of time. They go from 1 sec refreshes to up to 30 seconds. At first I thought that it might be a caching issue. I had the cache stored in each users home directory on a non Citrix server. I tried to move the cache files to the Citrix servers, with each user getting their own cache folder on each of the Citrix servers. This didn't make any difference. It looks like the problem will go away if the user closes the PS application and then reopens it. But the slow down returns in an hour or two. I have run PerfMon on the Citrix servers, and it isn't a load issue. My paging rates are with in reason, and CPU usage is peaking at 25% or so for both processors. (The servers also have 2 GB of memory each.) Can anyone give me some ideas as to what to look at? This seems to be the only application with this problem (for now anyway!).
