[THIN] Package Webica.ini in Xenapphosted.msi

I am looking to package a Webica.ini file with Xenapphosted.msi. I don't see
where in the process you can add a file when you run msiexec /a "path to
Xenapphosted.msi"
Can you just copy a preconfigued Webica.ini to the share where you create
this package?
Is so what location. As you can tell I am trying to avoid users having to
respond to the
the questions on client drive security.
