Because 4.0 is what 3.0 should have been. Customers aren't migrating
to 3.0 like Citrix thought. 3.0 was a small evoluationary step
forward, more of a feature release than full blown release. There was
virtually no incentive for customers to move to it.
The problem is Citrix's development cycle. Citrix has already, before
4.0 is even out, solidified the features for the next release. How
can they do that without knowing what works and doesn't work with 4.0?
The next problem is, they never go back to reevaluate their features.
As in, is this what customers want. That's the way they've always
done it and they don't seem to be changing. 4.0 is Citrix's response
to customers wants but, if they continue their development cycle as
is, they will alwyas be behind of what people want.
