We ran into the same prolem. Users do not have the "run"option wich is
needed to view webfolders. We offered our users a work arround: in explorer,
tools, map network drive, create a shortcut to a webfolder or ftp site.
Works fine for us...
Hope this helps you.

Subject: [THIN] Open as Web Folder

Is there any reason why the "Open as Web Folder" option is greyed out for my
users on my win2k sp4 citrix xpe lastet fr/sp.? It shows up if you are an
administrator but remains greyed out as a user. I could not find anything
that I had set in the group policy that would cause this. Any input would be
helpfull. Thanks.
