[THIN] Only one instance

ANyone seen this before - a user logs in to run a published app via
Nfuse. Closes the app, the session says active on the server and when
the user tries to launch another application they get "You are only
allowed to run one instance of the application" although the only way to
get the user back on the system is to reset the active session that is
not allowing the user to re-connect to it? The user can now connect to
the application.
