Microsoft has launched a new SP for SQL Server, the SP3a. These one should =
only be applied on servers that don't has SP3 installed.
You don't need to migrate from SP3 to SP3a.
The instances of MSDE, that come with MF FR3 need to be updated with SP3 =
too.
