Make sure what the sleep command is defaulting to for time. The one I'm using 
is in milliseconds so a 20 second delay is 20000. I think mine is from the 
resource kit.

I want to schedule a cmd file that stops and starts  a service. 
and I want to wait for 20 o 30 seconds before start again. 
What is the program to do this? 
I don't remember.
