Try using sleep.exe

http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/WindowsServ/2003/all/techref/en-us/Default.asp?url=/Resources/Documentation/windowsserv/2003/all/techref/en-us/sleep.asp

Its part of the server resource kits and can be downloaded from the
following url:

Subject: [THIN] OT: delay command

Hi all,

I want to schedule a cmd file that stops and starts a service.
and I want to wait for 20 o 30 seconds before start again.
What is the program to do this?
I don't remember.

Thanks-
