Here is one way.

Set up "categories" for the contacts. Go to contacts, and select a view for
the contacts that sorts by category. Select a category, and then use the
"mail merge" feature. It puts you in word to make the email message, which
will be sent to everyone in the category. This is OK for something like a
fixed mailing list (and emails are sent individually so they don't see each
other) but a pain in the a$$ otherwise.

Does anyone know if its possible to display and/or sort other fields in =
Outlook Address Book? Such as Company or Business so that when =
addressing an email the user can locate folks by these other fields. Or =
perhaps if it is possible to select multiple contacts from a contact =
folder (which can be sorted in this manner) and send a message to them =
all at once. The option seams to dissapear for when I have multiple =
contacts selected.=20

TIA
David
