Their exchange alias could be different than their username.
The first login is their exchange alias, the second is their domain username
\ password.
I had a user with a exchange alias of jusernam and their username was
jusername. They had to put jusernam in the first box and jusername\password
at the second prompt.

Ok I have the OWA working for exchange 5.5. I have several users trying to
connect to it but it says:
OWA was unable to get to your inbox.

The only difference in this and the ids that do work is that these users are
setup in recipient folders. Is there anything special that has to be done
to get them into OWA?
