[THIN] Printer Resource problem

I get the following error when trying to print to a client printer....
Error writing to Client\Console#\HP LaserJet 2200 Series PCL for Document
test Page:
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.
Do you wish to retry or cancel the job?
Has anyone seen this and know what could cause it?
