Kix is able to query a local machines' site value with @SITE

Certainly this is doable with kix, wsh, vbs as Rick and others have suggested,
though I'll spell out my alternative a bit more and let you decide which
works best for you.

Put a simple *.cmd, *.bat, on a group policy as a machine startup script per
AD site. This script:
 - writes a file to the local machines C:\%sitename%.txt

Have your login script for the TS servers, querying the C:\ of the
connecting client for the txt file created. (assuming this is allowed in
your client connections).

I've had to do a similar setup for a client who had tellers roaming between
stations, and we were reading a script created file off their local C:\
before the rest of their TS login scripting kicked off, which then set their
printers, and application specific to their location. With this approach you
may need to script a pause or two in the TS login script while waiting for
the reading off the client C:\. (dependant on connection speed, and client
machine speed - older p90s w/ 64mb need some time..Ugh)

Just a different approach to the problem, same net effect..

cheers all,

Lan
