[THIN] OT: Exchange 2000 question

Currently we run exchange 5.5 but I am in the process of building a 2000 box
to start adding new clients too. On our 5.5 server we use Address Book
Views so that when clients go to the address book, they only see users from
there company. How can this be done in 2000. I have been looking all
weekend and haven't been able to find anything yet on how this can be done.
Any help would be most appreciated.
