[THIN] Re: OT: DNS with Win2k server

I think I found the issue. I only have 1 server running currently. Our
other server hasn't arrived yet. Could I point to different names back to
the same server for now? Or do I need to wait for the second one before I
can test this?

I assume you setup your DNS servers as DNS entities w/ the Registrar? =
You
have to setup atleast two DNS Servers before you can simply point a =
domain
name to it.

Some tools to use:

http://www.checkdns.net/

http://www.dnsreport.com/

http://www.dnsreport.com/

Yeah. I changed it. The authoritative host has changed. I did a whois =
to
make sure and it has changed. _________________________________

Any
ideas on what I have missed? I am new to the windows Dns server so any =
help
would be most appreciated.

I'm no DNS expert, but if you just recently changed your authoritative =
host
it will take some time to replicate, perhaps a day or so?
