There are several methods listed in the "Using Administrative Template
Files with Registry-Based Group Policy" document from Microsoft.

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/windowsserver2003/technologies/management/gp/admtgp.mspx

For example, "If VALUE is followed by DELETE (for example, VALUE
DELETE), the registry entry is deleted."
