[THIN] Re: No errors, but hugely degraded service

Okay - got it.

Haven't determined the cause precisely, but it was CX2 that was holding 
everything up - turning if off allowed everything else to start working.  Can't 
understand why the problem appeared on other servers yet but am working on it.
