[THIN] No access to logon to session

I've just run into a new problem on my win2k3 XP FR3 farm. All of a sudden I
cannot get an ICA connection I get a message "You do not have access to logon
to this session". I also get this message when connecting via RDP, if I am not
connecting to the console. I have checked the ICA and RDP Connection
Permissions and have re-created them and have verified my rights to the
published apps and have rebooted the servers. I have also tried connecting from
different client systems with the same effect.
Any Ideas?
