Robert, This is what I would do: W2K SP2 + critical updates or SP3 Metaframe Metaframe FR2 Install applications Then system tweacks Leave the drive re-mapping to the Metaframe installation program, don't let him mess with the registry. Use a policy template to perform server tweaking. The thinnet has a great collection of templates that you can use to apply changes to the server registy. Try to avoid manual registry editing. Between the 2 of us don't let you buddy touch the citrix server. Just kidding Good luck, and have fun with Citrix Marco Cortigian Robert Williams wrote: >My Co-worker who just went to a MF class has come back "ready to start >installing servers" >He wants to setup a new server here to test his skills. >My question is this.... >He want so make all of the reg edits and system tweaks prior to to >installing MF, but most installs I have done or seen shows everyone doing >all of the tweaks immediately after install MF. >What do you guys typically do?
