[THIN] NTPass password utility

I have downloaded NTPass.exe (change user password utility) from thethin.net
and publish it on my Citrix Metaframe XP server. I have only one server in
this farm loaded with Win2k SP3 and part of a workgroup. After they have
type their new password and click the set button, they get the following
error "Error changing password". If I am an administrator, I don't have this
problem.
Any help or tips would be appreciated.
