NFUSE has just been put up on our external DMZ. (not elite, just out of box MF XP, included NFUSE). I've written instructions on a small web page that my mother could follow. I've got a spot to download the needed certificate, etc etc. One user, when they install the certificate and then go to my NFUSE login page (he's using I.E. 6.0 on his home PC) gets a white screen and IE stops responding. Since I'm not getting major screams from my users it's likely local to him. He's Windows XP home. Other users including me are logging in just fine from the Internet. What do I start troubleshooting. He's not very "helpful" in terms of gving me accurate troubleshooting info so I can only go on what he's telling me. I've tried having him re-install the certificate, go to other SSL sites to make sure that he could, etc. What else do I have him look at short of telling him to pack his computer up in a box and bring it to me. I was thinking of having him uninstall local ICA client just to eliminate that as a variable. If I can get him to the NFUSE login page I could at least walk him through downloading the ica32T.exe client. and of course he's a senior exec at my company so I need to solve this....(sigh) Are there any client troubleshooting FAQ's anywhere? ******************************************************** This Week's Sponsor - Appsense Technologies New!
