You shouldn't have to create the folders for each user. They will be created when the user logs off of their session after the first time they log in. From my testing, it seems I must create it myself for every user who I am redirecting. It also puts the WINDOWS folder in the same users folder, but I don't have any other GPO set except My Docs redirection. Why is a windows folder showing up?
