That forum is decent when it runs. But I think they are struggling with some things right now. There is not a lot of info out there for running it on a terminal server but there usually never is. Not many other options it looks like.. http://www.mozilla.org/support/ Andrew --o-- >>> GReese@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 02/07/04 13:15:50 >>> Then it must be a bug. I tried changing that line right off the bat and all it did is make the homepage blank. The update.app.enabled already looks to be false. I managed to kind of get around this. The import settings from IE imports the home page but because mine was set to a file share and not a true url, it got butchered and did not work so well. I altered my GPO for the IE homepage to resolve to a proper URL and now when the settings import, it works. I still need to figure something out for new users though. It's a great browser. All my users are on it as of this morning. I'd also hazard a guess that its the line: pref("browser.startup.homepage", "chrome://browser-region/locale/region.properties"); that you want to change :) I'd assume that any new profiles that get created will then use this as their basis.. If you're using 0.9 or above, then you'll also want to disable: pref("update.app.enabled", true); otherwise your users will get update alerts telling them to install a new version! :) Andrew --o-- >>> GReese@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 01/07/04 20:06:45 >>> OK, you guys convinced me. I am not rolling out Firefox on all my terminal servers. The only thing holding me up is figuring out how to set the homepage to a common default. I found the firefox.js file but I am not sure if it is the right file and if it is, how to make the change. Have any of you that are running this had any luck with it?
