The upgrade to WIN2K may be the least difficult if you publish
applications and not the desktop.  User training would be involved for
the WIN2K upgrade if you publish the desktop.

I would recommend upgrading the MetaFrame software first and get it
stablilized, then upgrade to 2000 at your leisure (it will be the most
difficult, but have the least impact on the users).
