[THIN] Migrating Profiles to Windows 2003

Hi all, I need to migrate users from Windows 2000, Office 2000, MF 1.0
FR3
To Windows 2003, Office 2003, PS 4.5 and would like to give the users
new profiles. However; I'd like to migrate some settings such as their
Email Configuration.
What tool or tools are good for the migration?
