Sorry I should have read your post better.
I am still getting the error you mention infrequently. removing the
hotfixes I mentioned solved this event id 1000 error. *
RegLoadKey failed. Return value Access is denied. for C:\Documents and
Settings\Anon000.TSE01\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Windows\\UsrClass.dat.
*

I posted the same issue a day ago. What I have found is somehow this
hotfix combined with others causes the problem. I found a post on the
Citrix web forum about this issue. A contributor mentioned fixing this
problem by uninstalling the hotfixes 328310 and 329170 (been out since
12/2002). *Very preliminary* this appears to have fixed the issue with
the profiles. Don't ask me how or why this worked. It does allow you to
keep the blaster worm fix from what I can tell though.

Subject: [THIN] MS03-026 Baster Worm Hotfix and profile issues

Gday all

I recently installed Hotfix MS03-026 to a client site to protect
against
the Blaster worms. I have found that if I now create a new user
account or
re-create a users roaming profile that the profile does not save back
to
the file server.

On the Citrix server I get the following error
Source: Userenv
EventID: 1000
Description:
Windows cannot unload your registry class file. If you have a roaming
profile, your settings are not replicated. Contact your administrator.
DETAIL Access is denied. , Build number ((2195)).

I have been able to find the HKCU registry hive isn't being unloaded
at
logoff. If I uninstall the MS03-026 hotfix the problem goes away.

I have tried re-installing hotfixes in numerical order to see if this
was
the cause, but no difference.

We are running Windows 2000 SP3 with MetaFrame XPe FR2.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Cheers
Jay Jukes
