We tried this hotfix and this did not work for us. We logged a call with
Citrix and were told to rename a file from sehook20.dll to sehook20.org.
Something to do with seamless windows. Not sure what the DLL does but
Seamless windows performance with FR3 was vastly improved. Haven't seen it
break anything else (yet).

That will fix it. We had Tera Term Pro doing the same thing when run as a
published app. Applying this hotfix has resolved the problem.

Has anyone experienced issues after installing SP3 on servers that publish
Terminal apps, like putty, or SQL Client. We are getting really bad flicker
on these apps, flicker must worse on Wyse 1200LE. Any ideas?
