Mark,

If you don't want them browsing the web at all, why not just force a dummy
proxy address?

Subject: [THIN] Locked down published desktop

Hello,

I publish the desktop and lock it down so that the users can't right=20
click on anything, hide ALL IE stuff, removed the FILE menu option on=20
the applications, etc...

I just opened "My Documents" and types in the address bar "My=20
Documents\junk" and I was able to get IE to launch with a URL of=20
"http://auto.search.msn.com/results.asp/ect.....";; . Now I can go=20
anywhere on the NET when I really should have a locked down desktop.

I don't know of any user doing this (yet). Is there something I'm=20
missing, or is this the way it should work?
