Aaron, I have tried both PCL5 and PCL6 drivers and I experience the same problem with both. Following you initial message, I did track down a PCL Mini driver for the Kyocera and I installed that. We run Citrix MF XPe FR-3 and we print to a local Windows 2000 print server which I've imported into CMF. I have tried the latest versions of the print drivers for each printer and I have also tried using a generic HP print driver for each printer. Unfortunately, when users send print jobs to the printers, the job will continue to print 100s of copies and would probably print forever if we didn't delete the print job. Has anyone experienced this? I would appreciate any advice you may have.
