Background
To autocreate a client printer, the driver must be installed on both the
client workstation and the MetaFrame server.
Certain standard Windows XP drivers are not available when you choose Add
Printer at the server console. For example, Windows XP has HP LaserJet 8100
Series PCL6 available to be installed, whereas Windows 2000 does not.
Apply caution when installing Non-Native Drivers to a different operating

1. Install the HP LaserJet 8100 Series PCL6 printer driver on your Windows
XP workstation.
