Cause The MSI file is present in the network share without any of the supporting files and subfolders. The extract from the log file, by default Msi.log, shows that the ICAWEB folder cannot be found on the network share where the MSI file resides. ?Error 27000. Could not read from c:\unattend\ICAWEB. Client CD cannot be copied but install will continue.? ?MSI (s) (48:84): Product: Citrix MetaFrame XP Server for Windows with Feature Release 3 ? Error 27000. Could not read from c:\unattend\ICAWEB. Client CD cannot be copied but install will continue.? ?MSI (s) (48:84): Closing MSIHANDLE (271) of type 790541 for thread 1924.? Resolution For Windows 2000, ensure that metaframe\w2k\mfxp001.msi and all subfolders of the Windows 2000 directory are present on the network share.
