[THIN] Issue with Logon Agent/SG 2.0 and External Clients...

Has anyone seen the problem before:
Can successfully launch access center from SG/LA server
Cannot launch access center from client on Internet through SG server; page
just sits there with "Loading your access center..."
Config is as follows:
HP Proliant DL320
Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition
Logon Agent/Secure Gateway 2.0 with SP1 (SG hotfix SGE201W002.msi)
Clients are running Windows XP Pro with SP2. The SG and LA FQDN have been
added to the Trusted Sites list.
