That explains it.  PNagent make actual shortcuts back in the day.  They got
deleted and replaced at refresh.  The PNagent must not be firing at logon
leaving yesterday's shortcuts hanging around.  I would recommend a modern
client or at least to ensure PNagent fires at startup.
