[THIN] Issue after applying HRP7 for XA5/2003

Upgraded a server from the original base install of XenApp 5/2003. Installed
all the prereqs and HRP7.

Everything is on one server and they only have the one server. It is now
running LS 11.10, WI 5.4.2 and the console updates. They are experiencing the
following issue:

1.) A user logs into their computer, when initially opening a citrix
published application the following message is received, "The requested
resource has been removed from the server."

2.) The user closes the citrix client by "exiting" the icon in the system
tray (next to the clock)

3.) The user then opens the citrix client from the start menu, and the
published application opens without error

4.) The user logs out of the computer and logs back in and the published
application continues to function properly

5.) The user logs out of the computer and logs into a second computer

6.) Goto Step 1, and repeat :) In other words, this happens per user, per
computer.

I Googled the error and it looks like it is for multiple WI and multiple farms
and possibly load balancers in front of WI. They only have the one farm and
one WI and they are using AltAddr for external access (I didn't set this up).

The XenApp farm name and the farm defined for the WI Site and the PNAgent sites
are exactly the same so the case sensitive issue doesn't appear to apply.

I did find this: http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX124183

Cause

The issue occurs if the farm name in the XenApp Services site is changed and
the online plug-in is not restarted. It can also occur if the farm names
between the primary and backup XenApp Services sites are inconsistent; for
example, Farm1 and Farm(spaceinsertedhere) 1.
The farm name in the services site was not changed.
They don't have primary and backup services sites.

The other forum postings and CTX articles I can find on similar message talk
about Web Interface XML errors recorded in the event logs. There are none
recorded. Actually, on the server itself, there are no errors recorded, that I
can, about this issue the users are having.

Have any of you run into this issue and have a resolution?

Thanks

Webster
