I think you can import either the wtsprnt.inf or the wtsuprn.txt.

I thought wtsuprn.txt files were only for MF1.8. I'll certainly check

Export your Wtsuprn.txt files from old farm. Import this file using
qprinter [/imprmapping mappingfilename.

I'm about to refresh one of my elderly MFXP farms by installing new
hardware and creating a new MFXP SP4 farm for it. Is it possible to export
my lengthy list of printer mappings form the old farm in a format that is
easily importable to the new one?
