[THIN] Is it possible to export a list of printer mappings on MF XP?

I'm about to refresh one of my elderly MFXP farms by installing new hardware 
and creating a new MFXP SP4 farm for it. Is it possible to export my lengthy 
list of printer mappings form the old farm in a format that is easily 
importable to the new one?
