[THIN] Internet explorer Published application

I am doing a Published Application with a application link in the command
line of the Published Application. When I open up the Web window of the
application I get a truncated right side of the screen or the screen is
chopped off ... When I click the lower arrow of the IE scroll-bar it causes
it to resize to fit in the IE window. Has anyone got a fix or does anyone
know what is going on here?
