[THIN] Instant Messaging

Hello all,
I have a request for instant messaging on a network that is not
connected to the Internet. We would use it on PCs and Terminal Servers.
Do you have any recommendation for something that would work on a
standalone network? I think Windows Instant Messenger requires an
Internet connection.
