If you already have WIN2K, SP2, MF XP SP2, then installing WIN2K SP3 is
minor, other than a couple of post SP3 patches.

Thanks for the tip but my issue is that I've already got XP+SP2+FR2
running OK on the W2K+SP2 server. It's an issue of trying to install W2K
SP3 over the top of this setup. I've tried the hot fixes that are
suggested  -
Q304229 seems to relate to SP1 and is not available as a download
hotfix XE102W035 tells me I have the correct client installed and ends.

Is installing SP3 after installing FR2/SP2 normally OK ?
If so.. I'll do some more digging around.
